Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our store in Washington, DC within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). During new releases, restocks, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.


Domestic shipping (United States)

Shipping costs are flat rates calculated at checkout:

  • Economy (5–8 business days): $9.90
  • Standard (3–4 business days): $12.90
  • Express (1–2 business days): $24.90

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.


International shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Available destinations and options are shown at checkout.

  • Economy International (6–18 business days): $49.90

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.


Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, and customs processing (international) can affect delivery speed and are outside our control.


Oversized or exceptional orders

International shipping rates shown at checkout are designed to cover typical small-to-medium apparel orders. If an order is unusually large or heavy, requires multiple parcels, or triggers carrier surcharges (including remote-area delivery fees), we may contact you before shipping to confirm an updated shipping cost. You'll have the option to approve an additional invoice for the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.


Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If a package is marked "delivered" but you can't find it, please check with household members, building management, and the carrier first. Many packages reappear within 24–48 hours of being marked delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact hello@lilsto.online within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or as soon as you suspect a package is lost. Include your order number and any helpful photos so we can resolve it.


Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for online orders, subject to the full conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To start a return: email returns@lilsto.online with your order number.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we shipped the wrong item.
